These blocks have provided a fantastic training opportunity. We use them for conditioning in classes and for actual tumbling training. They provide the smaller children with their own space, similar to the carpet square in the Montesori schools. Each child is engaged and their is no waiting in line. They allow me to see each child at once since they can be doing the same thing at the same time. When used in a sideways position we can tumble through and over them. We have used them for plyometric excercises and jump on and over them.
